This program introduces the youngest players to basic soccer skills and overall physical coordination, all while having a lot of fun. Training sessions will run once a week for seven weeks for the Fall, Winter and Spring seasons.

  • U3, U4 and U5: Each training session focuses on kinesthetic movement and learning games designed to introduce young children to simple soccer skills. The youngsters play basic coordination games and ideas such as following multi-step directions, teamwork, and cooperation are introduced.
  • U6: Each training session focuses on individual ball work and continued development of basic soccer skills. Teamwork and cooperation will be will be incorporated when the players play 4v4 games at the end of each session.
