Registration for the 2022–2023 season opens on Sunday, May 1st at 7:00 am.
Please follow the instructions below to get your player registered for the upcoming year!
How to Register
- Click the correct Registration button below and follow the instructions provided to create an account.
- Verify your email and add your players to your account.
- Note: Only the options for which your players are eligible will appear. For example, if you are registering a child with a 2016 birth year, the Select Tryouts option will not appear.
- Register your players.

Tryouts
Tryouts are for players who wish to play on a competitive team from U11 – U19. Players will be evaluated by the club directors and coaches, and will be placed on individual teams. Tryouts will be held at Milwaukee Sport Club, located behind The Schwabenhof, at the following times. There is a $15 fee.
U11–U15
June 13, 14, and 16
Boys: 5:30 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.
Girls: 7:00 p.m. – 8:15 p.m.
U16–U19
June 20, 21, and 23
Boys: 5:30 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.
Girls: 7:00 p.m. – 8:15 p.m.
