MILWAUKEE SPORT CLUB SOCCERFEST 2018 – SEPTEMBER 7-9TH

We regret to inform all participants and partners that Soccerfest 2018 has been cancelled due to field flooding and unsafe conditions. Please check back in 2019 for information on next year's tournament!

Our tournament is designed to offer great competition for Competitive teams at the U11, U12, U13 and U14 (U14/15) levels for coed and girls, and competitive high school girls' teams at U15, U16, U17 and U18/19 levels.

Fees: U11-U14 $425.00 and U15-U19 $475.00

REGISTRATION

Please use https://www.gotsport.com/forms/app/?EventID=67882 to register.  Please note that timeliness of your team application will be a consideration for acceptance. Deadline is August 20th, 2018.

GAMES

Each U11-U19 team will play a minimum of 3 games. U11-U14 teams will play two 25-minutes halves with a 5-minute halftime. U15-U18/19 teams will play two 30-minute halves with a 5 minute halftime. All games will be played in accordance with the USYSA/FIFA laws.

ELIGIBILITY

*U11/12 teams play 8v8 plus a keeper, max roster of 16

*U13-18 teams play 11v11, max roster of 22 with 18 listed on any game day roster

All U11-U19 players MUST have a player pass that will be checked at registration and before each game by the field marshals.

Coaches must have a valid coach pass as well, to be checked before each game. Out of state teams must have an official travel permit. Maximum of 3 guest players will be allowed - with proper guest player forms from the appropriate state association. Maximum of 4 club pass players will be allowed and will not count as guest players.

Players may only play for ONE team in the tournament and will not be allowed to switch teams.

TEAM REGISTRATION/CHECK-IN

Team registration must be completed before every team’s first game. Times include Friday, Sept 7th between 4:30pm and 7:00pm or Saturday, Sept. 8th 6:30am- Noon. (If your team plays Friday night, you can register as early as 4:00pm.)

The registration table is located in the pavilion area, near concessions. Every team needs to bring: a copy of your official team roster (2 copies for U7-U10 teams without player passes and 4 copies for U17/18 teams with rosters larger than 18), copies of signed medical release forms for each player and player passes (required for all U11-U18 teams). Also, bring guest player forms and/or travel permit if needed. The copies of the medical forms and rosters will not be returned!

Additional Tournament Information

Brackets/Game Schedules:

All of the game schedule brackets will be sent out via Got Soccer, when finalized, approximately one week prior to our event. All efforts are made to accommodate special requests. However, not all requests can be honored. Your understanding is greatly appreciated by the event staff.

Parking Information/Directions:

Parking in the main lot at Schwabenhof will be $5.00 per day. Please note that any parking along Silver Spring Drive must be far over on the shoulder, or ticketing is possible. While MSC volunteers will patrol the parking lot throughout the weekend, the club will not be held responsible for valuables left in vehicles, so please take precaution.
