U6-U10 registration information:
U6-U10 Players interested in participating in Milwaukee Sport Club's Youth Development Program should complete online registration and fee payment now through June 10th. See important "group and season" information below.
(If after the deadline, please call Denise Lemke, VP of YouthSoccer, to find out if roster spots are still available 262-780-1172)
Upon completion, all U6-U10 players should submit a copy of their registration/payment receipt to:

U11-U18 registration information:
U11-18 Players are selected based on tryout results. After players have been offered roster spots and confirmed acceptance, they will be required to complete online registration and fee payment.(Deadlines to be determined)
Upon completion, all U11-U18 players should submit a copy of their registration/payment receipt to: their team manager.
PLEASE NOTE: Group and Season information!
*It is VERY important to register your player in the appropriate “group” and season (regardless of what specific league your team will be playing in). Please see below:
U6 -U10 players – Recreational Group / Fall Season
U11-14 players – Boys Classic A Group or Girls SECL A Group/ Fall Season
U15-18 players – Premier Group / Girls Fall Season or Boys Spring Season
